Daily Success for an elderly peregrino is symbolized by this statueDaily Success June 2 was a solid “Very Good.” While my distance was good, my strength exercises were only ok as I skipped Leg Strength. That will have to be done today.

I’m forced to admit that I’m a bit fatigued. My last truly “off” day was May 20, or a couple weeks ago. I’d probably give myself today as a rest day, but, given that I leave for A’s college tour tomorrow and will have limited opportunity to exercise for a full week, it seems that the best plan is to power through today and do what is possible, rather than anything like my full routine, for a week. I’m going to take some TheraBands and weights along but know that little exercise is likely to happen.

Yesterday a significant amount of time went to non-Camino activities. These included, but were not limited to, work on the White Paper, the upstairs porch (which now has been scraped, washed, and sealed in its entirety), and Sam’s lunar Landing / Launch Pad. Today is likely to have all three very much in evidence again.
