Yesterday continued my success streak on exercise and stretches. Upper body strength and stretches are already done for today. Best of all, I’ve avoided Internet time-sucks for three days in a row as of midnight last night.

I had thought that my occasional vertigo was slowly departing as the websites had predicted, but last evening put that optimism on-hold. When combined with the extreme difficulty I had with balancing on the foam pad using one leg during my leg exercises on the 7th, that is not a particularly happy thought. Hopefully it’s just a small bump in my overall progress.

Notable progress today includes starting a Ruminations post on trekking poles as well as continued success on the daily blog. Notable bummers include scheduling an ablation procedure, which will hopefully end the arrhythmias completely without requiring things I really don’t want such as a pacemaker. Knock on concrete …
