Daily Success: December 31 – Getting things, slowly, back going in the right direction. That included (absolutely) minimum mileage yesterday, stretches, and core strength. Today should be leg strength, which, for some unknown reason, I really don’t like and often struggle to do.

There was one real step forward on the website. I updated the weight and exercise tracking workbook and uploaded it to what SHOULD be a public google site with an easy link for any reader of this blog to access it.

That remains to be tested, but I’m very hopeful. If it works, then another post becomes relatively easy.

There are no major plans for today. Football will ease the (mental part of the) pain of exercise and chores this afternoon. At least a significant part of the morning should go to making all but final updates to Sam’s CONOPS.

But today is New Year’s Eve, so Happy New Year, celebrate the end of a difficult 2022 with optimism that humanity will continue to find a path forward no matter what in 2023, be safe in all your celebrations and after them, and tell those you care about how much they mean to you.
