Daily Success: January 21 was worse than the 1.3 km number would imply as I accomplished nothing on the website, not even a daily post.

Part of the problem is, of course, medical as the exercise restrictions post-ablation are very limiting. Add to that an optometrist appointment and a dental appointment yesterday to combine to make things difficult in the best of circumstances. Then customer demands on my time (NRL training, Power System analyses to help Joe on Sam’s gig) overloaded what little is left of my concentration and energy.

Hopefully, today will be better. The training is ok for the moment with nothing remaining overdue. The Power System stuff looks achievable, or at least sufficiently for Joe’s needs. Completing the update to Sam’s CONOPS with the new equipment complement and all comments and thoughts added looks very achievable. That, plus the schedule on the Architecture document, will allow me to get the August 4th 2018 story well underway. The remaining challenge, of course, will be to make a video that shares the fear and accomplishment and joy of that day effectively while my mood continues to be dark.

One minor balm for my spirit is allowing myself the occasional check-in on ndnation. The time spent is well under control, in part because I’m able to control it and in part because Board Ops changed the Political Board posting privileges to exclude most posters and that included me.
