Daily Success: January 23 begins with the fact that yesterday was very good. My overall stretching and exercise routine returned to normal after the forced hiatus of the ablation procedure. There was little difficulty involved, although the Upper Body and Core / Back exercise totals were the minimum for “ok” rather than close to everything on the lists. The CONOPS got delivered. Major progress was made on the August 4th My Camino Day post. My Internet social media visits remain under control since ending my “zero usage” campaign on the First of the Year.

Today will be a bit of a challenge. Two virtual health appointments, including one about the spinal pain injections. I had to postpone the injections themselves until I can get clarity on a brief pause in my Xarelto post ablation. It’s clear from the last week that something in my stretch and exercise routine generates, rather than lessens, the lower back stiffness. Ditto for general muscle aches and pains. This may be an unavoidable side effect of achieving my fitness goals or it may be reduced by acceptable activity adjustments. That’s a big question for the virtual appointment.

The plan for today is simple. The two virtual appointments are mandatory. After them, the My Camino Day post gets primacy with the caveat that no rabbit holes are allowed; staring at a picture for more than 30 seconds or so while reliving the moment (especially a picture on Google Maps) is a tremendous pleasure, but not production. The Architecture document gets second place. Hopefully it is a formula for a successful day.
