Daily Success February 25 is better than it looks at first glance. While distance was down a bit, it was on the treadmill so the 5% grade I use there added to the calories burned. I also got back on track with core strength.
More good news on the customer front. A phone conversation helped enormously with my government customer’s task so it should be easy to finish up. There was good input from others on the other customer’s work so that is moving slightly forward even though I’ve not had time to really attack it in some days.
Assuming, and that’s always a risky process, that things go as hoped today, I should be able to do another “My Camino Day” post on Sunday. My plan for that post is to continue my 2018 story with August 11th, when I hiked the first part of Etapa 4 from my host family’s home in San Sebastian to Orio. Telling those stories is always fun and will help to keep my mood on the brighter side.
I am also planning to start posts about specific places along The Way. San Sebastian, where I spent three weeks in 2018, seems like an obvious place to start. But what to say? Write about the Old City? Hemingway? The beach with its surfers and sunbathers? The Pintxos?
Stop! That is a problem for tomorrow and I must be productive today so that I can face it like the peregrino I have become!
