Daily Success April 22 scores as “Okay” using the new system. Disappointing, but not really bad.
My distance was poor, both because of the other activities and significant sciatica pain through much of the day. It is no surprise, after having to take a big ibuprofen last evening at bedtime, to see that it is raining this afternoon.
That noted, I managed both upper body and core strength exercises before I went to Dr. Higgins for the last of my five injections in each knee, an achievement that required hustling through my morning. Getting my stretches done is almost automatic these days, but it still had to happen. Then we headed out to see Elijah at the Rehab Unit in Chambersburg and made a couple stops along the way for that. We had a nice visit and are hopeful that he will embrace the work he must do to get fully back on his feet. All in all, that took quite a bit of time.
The good news was progress on the website with my first FAQ uploaded and getting praise from Cris of ngmedia, the brains behind the website’s function. Jan had some good suggestions, however, so I’ll record one more version. That will happen at the same time that I record the second FAQ, so it’s kind of a win-win.
Combine all that with a Daily Success post and, viola, an “Okay.”
