Daily Success June 24 is the middle of the “Very Good” range but could easily have slipped down to “Okay” with three more Internet time-suck site visits. The news of incredibly fast-moving events in this world – a possible coup in Russia, for example – makes that temptation a powerful one, indeed. I must control it today if I am to succeed on other fronts.
Yesterday’s distance was a bit disappointing, but most of it came on the treadmill at a 7% grade. That makes up for it being a bit shorter, at least from the scoring viewpoint, because the climb was an effective 300 meters (1,000 feet) or so.
Much to do today: finish the SurveyorBot project plan so that the effort can run fairly well with me not around; get my gear organized; maybe even finish the My Camino Day post for August 5 2021 post, I’ve at least retrieved it to the “now being edited” status on the website. It’s a great story that I love to tell, but telling it well takes time.
Ah, time. That which I have so little of these days.
