Daily Success for an elderly peregrino is symbolized by this statueDaily Success October 26

Daily Success October 26 is “Very Good.” That claim made, I cannot remember what I did as my 6th Core Strength exercise yesterday, so I may be giving myself too much credit.

The day was very good overall, however. Monika spent time measuring and testing the old body and determined that, in her opinion, the problem is a clenching muscle (my term) near where my spine joins my pelvis keeping that joint from moving properly, getting things misaligned, and causing pain. I have another appointment next week to continue the treatment she began yesterday.

I also had a very pleasant conversation with the UTSA Capstone project team. It’s fun bringing young people in to the art side of engineering.

Today

One of the key results of yesterday was a good, not great, exercise score. One of the key things holding the day back was the lack of work on My Camino Day July 29. We will fix that today.

On the agenda, a call to my brother for his birthday and picking up Nabila’s mail as a Village volunteer. But I’ll drive to do Nabila’s mail because of my back.

The Future

Daily Success in the future remains on-hold pending my back. I’m starting to look at the routes in France with a bit more attention, however.
