Daily Success for an elderly peregrino is symbolized by this statueDaily Success November 10

Daily Success November 10 – Okay, and firmly in the middle of the range thanks to some Core and Upper Body strength work after dinner. Other than that, most of the day was dedicated to the SurveyorBot effort and I made real progress on it.

I’m still really hampered by the back pain. The “squeeze your knees together” exercise no longer has any discomfort associated with it and I’m doing it a couple of times a day, but any improvement in the pain is minor and inconsistent at best.

And, just to round out the fun, back spasms last night while going to bed that froze me in position. With a minor “aftershock” this morning.

Today

More of the same. Today will be heavily SurveyorBot with the goal of getting the project moving forward at a rate that is consistent with success. It’s not there yet.

I do have to work a bit on moving the 150 books I bought from VJ Books (part of “going out of business” sale) upstairs. A huge part of that is getting them into my database.

Beyond those two “must do” items, updating the seniorpilgrimage home page for SEO effectiveness and getting another YouTube video truly set for sharing on Facebook and LinkedIn. It is clear that this can be helpful as Kārl was interested in the LinkedIn link and Julian, Nancy, and Becky all “liked” the one on Facebook. More to do, but it’s fun.

The Future

I haven’t pulled the trigger yet on the American Pilgrims gathering in March. Why not eludes me. Hospitalero training, ditto.

The back pain issue may be what is holding me back. Maybe it’s indecision.
