Daily Success for an elderly peregrino is symbolized by this statue

Daily Success January 23 – Okay. Right in the middle of the range, and that was achieved with the residual “get the letter out to Sam” effort yesterday. I must be disciplined about that and keep things moving forward in a way that is good for me with no worries about a negative impact on Sam and his companies.

Yesterday

Yesterday was complicated. Much of the morning effort was tied to getting the letter out to Sam. Then the pest control guy was here, then Tony, then the meeting with Cody &c to discuss SurveyorBot, and then a telcon with Joe to cover some additional SurveyorBot thoughts. A busy day, no matter how one slices it.

The window for time on the bike was very tight because the telcon with Joe forced a late start getting on it with dinner following a normal schedule. Dinner was pasta with red sauce, something that I really like to complement with red wine. And I did.

Jan wanted to talk about some important things last night, but I put her off until today as the situation was not right.

Today

Today began with a trip to the lab for a blood draw, I’ve got a 10:30 Zoom with Laura, a 2PM physical therapy appointment with Monika, and the 5 PM weekly SurveyorBot status meeting. Sometime before 7 PM, I must find an hour for the discussion Jan wanted to have last night.

And, of course, time for exercise. Who am I kidding?

The Future

Lots of fog to predict the future through. Monika and I are restarting the laser treatment for my knee because of the snow interruption last week. Word from American Pilgrims on hospitalero training and Ribadiso won’t come for a month or so. At least there will be some clarity as far as Sam is concerned by COB Friday. That’s the deadline in the letter.
