Daily Success for an elderly peregrino is symbolized by this statue

Daily Success May 21 – Very Good. Not much margin, but earned, nonetheless.

Yesterday

Yesterday was good with no vertigo as the foundation for all else. I was often cold, which led to repeated visits to the bike, which led to a good exercise score with no obvious effort on my part. My “if you’re cold, exercise a bit” system does seem to work.

Dinner with Bill and Paula was a joy. The visit with Higgins got rescheduled to Wednesday because of an X-Ray problem on his end. I really hope he can suggest some new course for the piriformis issue.

Physical therapy, chores, and Poli-Sci rounded out the day.

Today

Today is pretty much open except for an estimate on getting the house painted. We now have two, this one will be the third.

Physical therapy and Poli-Sci are what’s on the schedule. Chores are mostly caught up.

Today must begin getting some major posts done on the seniorpilgrimage website. I’ve been letting those go far too long. And some work on AHiRE as well. Ditto.

The Future

The future remains hazy. That said, I’m going to sign up for hospitalero training as soon as it opens for the September session and our August trip to France is firmly set.
