Daily Success for an elderly peregrino is symbolized by this statue

Daily Success November 26 – Okay.

Daily Success Yesterday

Success yesterday was despite the things that got in the way, especially Project Pinecone where real progress was the result. There was also a fine social time with Bill and Paula at Cinco. Despite the obstacles to doing nothing but work, it was also within arguable distance of Very Good, but at least one more thing was needed, either some additional time on the bike or a double on the Spanish front. Nope and nope.

Success Today

Success today should be a bit easier. We have Larry at 2 PM and I have to walk over to Meredith’s office to pick up a “marketing apple pie.” Meredith wants us to sell our house because she will be the listing agent. We have decided that planning to leave “feet first” is a better choice. But we’ll take the pie …

Success in the Future

Success in the future remains as simple as can be: work hard! Spanish and exercise for San Martín, stretches to keep the pain in check (heh), and get Project Pinecone moving along on its own. Simple? Strategically, yes. Tactically, well, that 24 hours per day problem is really in my way and no fix is obviously available.

If not now, when? Well, we may be applying that maxim to one or two too many things. “If you’re not measuring it, it’s just practice” is true as well, but measuring all this stuff is something we are doing.

Keep at it! Look for improvements, but remember, “Do. Or do not. There is no try.”
