Daily Success March 24 looks terrible but it’s not. My exercise is way down the last few days and my weight is at crisis levels, so why not?

Grandbaby. Our age 15 grandbaby is in town for Spring Break and the time transporting him here from Ohio combined with fun stuff such as his first college tour as part of two days in Gettysburg are enough to do real violence to the best laid plans. Daughter arrives in an hour or two, dinner is to be cooked, and, well, this is simply a week off from any sort of preparation for el Camino.

Today is a day of catching up with myself, a little exercise, doing overdue chores, and some cooking. Tomorrow is more family time, then Sunday, a return to what passes for normal.

Daily success is successful right now, despite the lack of el Camino success against my established metrics.
