statue of a perigrinoDaily Success March 26 looks like starting to return to normal. Whatever that is. A week with a grandchild in residence and two of those days in Gettysburg was a sure recipe for no discipline for getting my work and Camino efforts done.

The weather today is gorgeous and I celebrated that and our grandkid’s departure by going for a 6.1 kilometer (3.81 mile) walk through the neighborhood and a bit of a nearby trail. Let’s just say that my lack of discipline getting my exercise done the last three months was obvious. It’s also obvious that I should have started my knee shots earlier. The right knee is especially problematic, but the particular pain is also associated with, you guessed it, not enough leg strength exercises.
Discipline is needed.

Today is quickly slipping away, and there are chores to do, but my focus simply must be better this week as the coming weekend includes old friends coming to visit.
