Daily Success for an elderly peregrino is symbolized by this statueDaily Success April 23 scores as “Outstanding” using the new system! That’s great, but the system may be too lenient. Or not.

My distance was not all that great at 5.5 kilometers, but it was all on the treadmill at a 6% grade for a total climb of about 320 meters (over 1,000 feet) so it was a bit tougher than just walking on a level surface. I also got my full leg strength and shoulder PT exercises done.

But possibly the most significant factor was staying away from social media and doom scrolling websites. Instead, I did what I should have been doing: Chores; the Camino website (including my second FAQ post, this one on how to get to that first step); customer support; exercise!

Today will probably include some chores and customer “stuff” to go with a good deed I’ve promised for this morning, so it’s time to save this note and head upstairs.
