Daily Success August 21 is still not ready to be put into my scoring system. There are several reasons.
First, while I’ve restarted my exercises, I have not had the energy to “double up” as is needed for decent scores.
Second, good scores depend on distance walked. Client backlog from six weeks in Spain has the time needed for that on life support. That problem might be overcome, but my old antagonist Sy Attica has been lurking close to the surface, or worse, ever since his huge outburst in Spain forced me to go to the Centro de Salud, and has indicated that more than about three kilometers (a couple miles) is more than he wants to see me undertake at the moment. My hope is that Sy will ease up, but the truth is that more shots are probably coming sooner rather than later and some kind of surgical intervention for my herniated disk is looking likely.
Third, even if Sy decides to go back into injection induced slumber, my left knee is issuing its own set of objections as the distance increases. Shots? Maybe. Another major surgery? Probably.
With my distance sorely (I hate myself) limited by injuries that are well beyond my control, scoring does not make sense.
The good news is that the most extreme of the customer emergency will end this Friday. That will free me up to look for better solutions to the medical problems.
