Daily Success December 1 – Outstanding.
Daily Success Yesterday
Success yesterday was out of the park, not close. Most days it’s necessary to carefully count the points in my exercise and Spanish spreadsheet to decide what my rating is for the day. Yesterday was not one of those days because of LOTS of time on the bike and an exercise schedule that called for both core and leg exercises. And a Notre Dame football game that kept me in the gym for 3.5 hours.
Spanish got reasonable attention. Project Pinecone got some. This was an excellent day for getting to where my goals are set.
Success Today
Success today has nothing scheduled in my way and a Washington Submissives™ football game to keep my attention away from what is going on with my body. That helps. There are, however, chores that must be attended to and that is an obstacle.
The solution is to do my best. Focus. Concentrate. Ignore what my body refuses to do and do what it can be convinced is possible.
Success in the Future
Success in the future somehow looks brighter today than usual. All my progress yesterday is part of that. My left knee is swollen and sore, but there are four possible treatments that offer some hope. They include the medication from Dr. Sheikh (with a possible request for increased dosage), and three pain relieving creams. So far, the Advil targeted relief cream is not looking good.
Looking at the very short-term future, grandbabies Shae Li and Mae Ling will be in residence for a dozen hours or so Monday night through Tuesday noon. That will be a wonderful way to spend some time, but far less than might be desirable as they arrive at midnight and leave at noon. On the bright side, we get their attention for four hours or so. Any visit is better than none and Mae Ling, in particular, will be a rare joy.
