Daily Success December 11 is “Very Good.” Had I kept the Internet Monster properly under control, I don’t think I tracked my weakness completely, it might have achieved “Outstanding.” In the end, however, it was getting my exercise level back where it must be for me to succeed.
Yesterday
Yesterday was recovery. The party debris was everywhere Sunday morning. Jennifer and crew were up early and headed for the car with the incoming bad weather a part of that choice. She had a tough drive, but arrived home safely.
The day was all chores or exercise. That led to a very long day which, in turn, led to a good number on how much I had to drink. “Start late” is an excellent control mechanism.
Today
Monika early. My nephew Hans sent me a link to some information about piriformis yesterday that really puts some light on Monika’s treatment plan and what the folks at Pain, Spine, and Rehab were doing. That’s a real help psychologically.
More chores. Exercise. And some significant effort on SurveyorBot and SAGEbot. I must get back to those things.
As noted yesterday, the sun rose this morning. And showed us the snow and ice from last night. I must go out to the car early to get it running and warm so that the trip to see Monika can happen easily.
There is more football I don’t care about this evening. Probably good, given my overall attitude at this point. I simply don’t want to interact with Jan if I don’t have to.
The Future
Certainty remains with the sun rising. Virtually all else is obscure at best. Amazingly, my back, which remains debilitating, is the least of the problems.
“Do. Or not do. There is no try.”
