Daily Success February 6 – Okay.

Daily Success Yesterday

Success yesterday was mostly overcoming all of the things in the way. It only achieved Okay because of my last efforts to get over the line from Disappointing very late in the day.

Exercise was good for the day, well spread across the different requirements. A Spanish lesson and decent control over whiskey rounded out the well-earned score.

Project Pinecone got a lot attention as usual.

Success Today

Success today requires keeping at things. There is a 4 PM Zoom with Jon and Tim. Nabila’s mail as my Village effort, too. But not a lot in the way of a decent score.

Success in the Future

Success in the future requires some rethinking of my Spain plans because of an incredibly bad situation. Carolina’s boyfriend of long standing, Jorge, died last week at age 41. The family is bereft and for good reason. They are planning a near term visit with their son, Carlos, who was the one who brought us together when we were his “American parents” while he was an exchange student.

Thus, some replanning of my trip to Spain may be necessary. We shall see. I’m very comfortable in Spain, so there is no major problem for me, but I am heartbroken for my very much loved Spanish family.
