Daily Success January 10 – Failed.

Daily Success Yesterday

Success yesterday was a flat “failed” across the board. Exercise and stretches? Failed. Spanish? Failed. A Daily Success post wasn’t enough to change that.

On the other hand, my social life took a major step up with a tiny party, Joel plus two Domers (Dave and Jules) to watch Notre Dame beat Penn State with a field goal in the closing seconds. National Championship Game, HERE WE COME!

Success Today

Success today will have a lot of walking as my Village good deed doing Nabila’s mail got deferred from yesterday to today. On the plus side, no major interference. On the negative side, lots of discipline will be needed. And that has not been my long suit.

Success in the Future

Success in the future must include getting my tickets to Madrid. No more fiddling! San Martín awaits.

Beyond that, there is a ton to do on Project Pinecone, exercise, Spanish … without discipline to get that done, the return to the Camino as a pilgrim that I long for is unlikely to happen, without discipline Project Pinecone’s likelihood of success drops every day.

Focus. Discipline. Effort.
