Daily Success for an elderly peregrino is symbolized by this statueDaily Success March 31 marked a continuation of good days. It was the fifth day in a row with good distance and the fourth with good strength work. Importantly, the strength work was for leg strength and included the three exercises that I simply dislike the most and tend to excuse my way out of. These leg strength exercises, while I really dislike doing them, are important parts of controlling some specific knee pain according to Dr. Higgins.

There was actual progress, if invisible progress, on the website as I got a good Daily Success post done after battling my way through site problems that Cris from ngmedia had to solve. We have a plan for her to make some significant changes next week and my tasks are clear. Sadly, a significant part of those tasks is to go back and fix a lot of minor stuff in prior posts to get things in a consistent form and far more optimized for the search engines. My August 18th, 2018 My Camino Day post continues to languish as a result.

This success is in addition to some good work for the customer and a final cleanup of the overhang of chores from days to weeks ago. Progress!

The only fly in the ointment is real slippage on Internet time-suck scrolling through my favorite social media account, ndnation, and a few news sites and Twitter accounts because of the New York prosecutor’s indictment decision. Fascinating.
