Daily Success for an elderly peregrino is symbolized by this statueDaily Success May 18 scored a solid “Very Good.” It could have been better, but the Leg Strength exercises I really don’t like doing somehow got delayed until it was too late. Shame on me. That said, they can still be claimed today … stay tuned …

The shoulder is still tender, but it appears to be one very specific motion. I’ve reached out to Monika with the details and hope she has a suggested path forward.

I uploaded a new video to YouTube yesterday as part of the August 4 2021 My Camino Day post. That included visiting the summary of my videos and I was stunned to see that my earlier upload for the start of that day had amassed over 1,300 views. Only one of my earlier videos reached double digits. Three of my earlier videos were shorter, so that’s not it. Four were longer, but still less than a minute long. Those seven videos managed a total of 36 views, so it’s not likely to just be the length.

But overall progress is less than I want. Part of the problem is reliving my time on the Camino. That is both necessary as I work to select pictures and videos and write about them AND a distraction as I have a tendency to spend too much time enjoying the memories and not enough writing about them. ¡Discipline! ¡Is! ¡Needed!
