Daily Success for an elderly peregrino is symbolized by this statue

Daily Success May 3 – Okay. There is an argument for “Very Good,” but it didn’t convince me that it’s justified as my tracking for Internet Monster was non-existent and memory says that was a real problem.

Yesterday

Yesterday was generally easy. Exercise went well for most of the day. A nap ate some time, but not too much. Physical therapy exercises and Spanish went well.

Until something went wrong with my back. That set me back a LONG way. Exercise ended. Some PT got skipped. The day ended early with me in the jacuzzi focusing the jets first on my back, then on my shoulder.

Today

My back seems better, but still iffy. I’ll be careful today, a step that would be more important if I had a clue as to what happened yesterday. It seemed as though it just went nuts in a completely unprovoked way in mid-afternoon.

Today will start with Cliff’s thing at the Brewhouse and include physical therapy at Dr. Higgins’ office. Other than those, the usual exercise and Spanish efforts. Some chores, naturally. And finalizing travel plans for France! That’s still undone.

One “waiting” thing is for Tim’s draft of the nastygram. I thought we’d have that yesterday, but nothing so far.

The Future

The future has a lot of short-term things in it: an American Pilgrims webcast tomorrow, finalizing the nastygram strategy, heading to Ohio for Shae Li’s graduation, and starting my next Poli-Sci course with UMGC.
