Daily Success May 5 scored almost exactly in the middle of Very Good. It could easily have been much better if progress on more substantive posts had been converted to output, but it wasn’t. The August 4th 2021 post is going well, but not as planned. I may break it into two posts.
Yesterday’s good news was distance. Nothing heroic, and done without my backpack, but good. Not as good as it looks as the backpack stayed in the gym the whole day. Dinner out with Bill and Paula was a real pleasure and we have a plan to begin a proper search for a Margarita supplier over the coming weeks.
Which brings up the question of exercise. Today is scheduled to include Core Strength. Are the planks a good idea? Or any of the other exercises that put a load on my lower back? Another time issue for today is that Jan wants to visit Elijah at the new rehab location in Gettysburg. John and Alison will be there, very convenient for them, and I’d love to go along. That will consume 4 or 5 hours, so total output for today looks grim.
Ah, well. A day off is not inherently a bad thing and one day with a terrible set of scores will not kill me. Or I don’t think it will kill me …
