Daily Success for an elderly peregrino is symbolized by this statue

Daily Success November 29 – Okay.

Daily Success Yesterday

Success yesterday was a start to finish sprint as we spent the afternoon at Bill and Paula’s enjoying wonderful friendship and most excellent food. We have much to be thankful for, indeed.

Those claims made, Spanish got no effort and stretches and exercise were tailored to the minimum necessary for a passing score.

Success Today

Success today will be a challenge as well as my sleep last night was poor at best, I don’t feel particularly well, and there are many distractions to deal with. Just catching up on email will be a major task. Spanish must be addressed today. Nabila’s mail gets collected today as well. So much to do, so little time.

Success in the Future

Success in the future demands some serious reflection. Am I going to discipline myself to upload more YouTube videos? Do some kind of a podcast for seniorpilgrimage.com? Get to work on another My Camino Day post? So very much to do, so very little time.

Then there is my body, such as it is. My right shoulder is clearly unhappy. My left knee will not allow me to hike Camino distances. More surgery? Decisions must be made, but not until after I fulfil my promise to Priscilla for San Martín during the first half of April.

If not now, when?
