Daily Success October 16 – Disappointing.
Daily Success Yesterday
Success yesterday was far less than hoped. Part of the problem was feeling just slightly under the weather. Not sick, just either tired or scratchy or both. Zicam and a good night’s sleep seem to have fixed those.
There were obstacles as well. The Village Volunteer Recognition event at Vasili’s, getting the ticker tracker installed at Shams’ office.
But the time spent doing useful things was focused on Project Pinecone rather than el Camino or family. It’s clear who is letting me down, and it’s me. I must set priorities and focus my efforts on overall success.
Success Today
Success today must include productive time on Project Pinecone, ‘tis true, but there will be an hour with Larry and some time with Dr. Swistak as well. At least Swistak seems to be making some progress after the setback that came with exercises that seemed too easy to do any good.
There is also an hour technical telcon with Paul devoted to Project Pinecone.
Focus. I must set time aside specifically for Camino related efforts including a new YouTube upload.
Success in the Future
Success in the future is tied to putting in lots of time on all fronts. That means taking care of myself to produce good energy for long days. It’s not as easy as it used to be.
Albergue San Martín awaits, whether I’m ready or not.
