Daily Success October 21 – Very Good.
Daily Success Yesterday
Success yesterday was enhanced by exercise that was tied to watching some football. It was limited a bit by dinner at Cinco with Bill and Paula … needed a shower and the four of us at Cinco always starts early, includes some Margaritas, and leaves me fatigued in a really good way. Good friends, good food, a bit too much salt.
The salt lifted my weight by a couple of pounds this morning. Like clockwork.
Little got done on Project Pinecone. Spanish got some attention, but not as much as it should have. All in all, “Very Good.”
Success Today
Success today must be worked around Dr. Swistak at 1:15. The good news is that the phantom pain in my right shoulder seems to be diminishing. It’s not gone, but much less a problem.
Other than that, Project Pinecone, some good effort on Spanish, and Monday Night Football for exercise. What’s not to like?
Success in the Future
Success in the future continues to focus me on San Martín.
My left knee is clearly no longer willing to walk 15 kilometers (10 miles) a day, day in and day out. I can’t blame it, knowing what I’ve done to it over the years, but unless a miracle occurs, titanium is in my future. That’s a LONG rehab, so it will have to wait until after San Martín.
And Project Pinecone, of course. I must get some work done on the website. And soon. Along with all the engineering, of course. And project plan preparation. And …
